Key Highlights for the program :

• No Membership Fee, customers eligible for membership on purchase of products worth Rs 300/-.
• On registration customers will be given cards and they can start earning points on that card with every purchase and will be awarded 1.5 point on card initialization.
• Rs 200 Spent = 1 point earned. Customers can redeem points after accumulating at least 10 points = Rs 2000 worth of purchase.
• The value of each point is Rs. 10/-
• Points can be redeemed in multiple of 10.
• Points can be earned at any Religare Wellness store.
• Points redemption should be done within 6 months from the last transaction at the same store of being enrolled.

Terms & Conditions for Loyalty Program :

• The Privilege Member Card scheme is open to all Indian citizens over 18 years.
• Point based programs applicable at Religare Wellness & participating stores only.
• Earned loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Valid prescription would be required for redemption of points against medicines.
• Valid on the total bill value excluding taxes.
• Only original Privilege Member Card will be accepted.
• No claim(s)/demands for any loss of points shall be accepted.
• Points cannot be accumulated if availing of any other discounts on products, services and schemes.
• Points can be utilised against all products and services available in the store.
• Religare wellness reserves the right to amend the program at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
• Any additional schemes and promotions will be governed as per their respective terms and conditions.
• These terms are in addition to the Privilege Member Card terms already applicable and accessible on www.religarewellness.com
• To become member of Religare Wellness Privilege Member Program Scheme you must fill the necessary form and pay the necessary fees & charges, as applicable from time to time.
• The membership application can be rejected if incomplete details have been furnished.
• Religare Wellness reserves the right to decline/amend/change/alter/revoke/suspend/withdraw or terminate membership/introduce any contests/schemes/rewards/prizes, lucky draw, coupons, rewards to any applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• Religare Wellness Privilege Member Cards are acceptable for purchases at all Religare Wellness stores in India.
• The usage of this card confirms that the member has read and understood and has further agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions as amended from time to time.
• Member will earn rewards points, as and when introduced, for purchase of eligible products and services at Religare Wellness stores.
• The Religare Wellness Privilege Member Card should be presented to the cashier at the Religare Wellness store before billing.
• The member is solely responsible for confirmation of the transactions and credits, if any, have been confirmed on the Religare Wellness Privilege Member Card.
• Member authorise Religare Wellness to disclose member information to the Government authorities or to competent authorities or to credit bureaus or to other third persons as relevant, to comply with obligations under law. Members also authorise Religare Wellness to use member information for offering products and services to the members, including from its associates/partners, unless specified otherwise.
• To the extent permitted by law, Religare Wellness makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prize.
• Acceptance of the Religare Wellness Privilege Member Card, and/or any prize by the member constitutes permission for Religare Wellness, and its affiliates to use the winner's name, likeness, voice and comments for promotional purposes in any media worldwide for purposes advertising and trade without any additional compensation whatsoever and/or any approval from such member.
• All prizes, or gifts etc., are subject to applicable tax deduction at source and levies and cess as applicable from time to time.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged/redeemed for cash, No cash claim can be made in lieu of prizes.
• This Card is not transferable and is non-refundable and is the property of Religare Wellness Limited to whom it must be returned upon request, or if found.
• The Card Issuer reserves the right to withdraw any offer/scheme/programme/prize(s) at any time without any notice.
• The courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute.
