Mr. Rahul Chadha (CEO) Rahul Chadha is the CEO of Religare Wellness Ltd. (RWL). He is an MBA from the Said Business School, Oxford and also holds a Post Graduate Degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics. He was previously the MD & CEO of SAK Consumer Retail Services Ltd (SAKCRS) which he promoted in 2003 and which was acquired by RWL in Oct’08. Prior to promoting SAKCRS he was a Senior Manager with the management consulting firm A.T. Kearney and managed a number of engagements in the areas of new business development and organizational improvement. He’s also had a stint in Retail Banking with ANZ Grindlays Bank where he was involved with sales and operations both in India and abroad.
Mr. Himanshu Gupta is the Chief Financial Officer of Religare Wellness Ltd. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India as well as Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He did his graduation in Commerce from Shri. Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi. He is working with the company past over 3 years and brings to the organization an experience of around 21 years.
He has over 10 years experience in supply chain management of consumer electronics working as Financial Controller with Thakral Corporation (HK) Ltd. – a multi-national trading company based in Hong Kong and fully owned subsidiary of Thakral Corporation Ltd (listed in Singapore). He has also worked with DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd., Modi Business Machines Ltd., & Indian Aluminium Cables Ltd.
Col S S Grewal (Retd) VP – North, Institutional Business & Cost Management
Col. SS Grewal retired from the Indian Armed Forces after an illustrious career spreading over 21 Years. He is an alumni of Defence Services Staff College, Wellington. He has a vast experience of supply chain management in various terrain configurations from deserts to mountains to super high attitude areas. He holds a Masters degree in Defense studies & strategic analysis and a diploma in Business Management. As procurement head at Ranbaxy Labs he has a rich experience in procurement of raw materials for manufacture of APIs. Before moving to RWL, he was associated with Fortis Escorts Hospital in the purchase department. He is with the Religare Wellness since last 3 Years and is currently handling operations (Retail/Warehouse/Logistics/Inventory Management).
Mr. Anand Bhat Head – Strategy & Marketing
Anand Bhat heads the strategy & marketing functions at Religare Wellness Ltd. In addition he also heads the operations in the South and West. He is a pharmacist by qualification and an MBA from Goa Institute of Management. Prior to RWL, he gained his retail experience at Aditya Birla Retail Ltd (ABRL), where he was part of the marketing team and led efforts in building the loyalty program & customer insights. He has been involved in several projects in the Corporate Strategy domain at ABRL and has rich experience in the field of marketing, merchandising and operations. He has also had rich stints in the FMCG and Pharma domains in the brand management and marketing function at Godrej, SCA and Piramal Healthcare.
Mr. Sumeet Kolhatkar Head – Supply Chain Management & Information Technology.
He is MBA from Pune University and also holds a Post graduate degree in Statistics. He was previously Head Information Technology for Subhiskha Trading Services Ltd. Prior to that he has worked at Radhakrishna Foodland Pvt ltd where he has gathered rich experience in Retail industry. He also had rich stints with RPG group in e commerce & customer relationship management. Currently he is handling supply chain across all centers and heads the information technology division.
Mr. Varun Mehta Head – HR for Religare Wellness.
Varun is presently working with Religare Enterprises Limited as Sr.Vice President- Human Resources and he also oversees HR function at Religare Wellness. In his 3 ½ years of stay at Religare, Varun has played pivotal role in redesigning end-to-end HR department, policies, procedures and manpower capabilities across the country.
He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management – HR & IR from Faculty of Management Studies, Kurukshetra University. With over 13 plus years of experience in Hospitality, Customer Services and Financial Services domains, he has worked with brand names like Taj Group of Hotels and Convergys Corporation India prior to joining Religare.
